Is Elaine a medical doctor?
No. Elaine provides private health education and natural wellness information. Her services are not medical diagnosis or treatment.
What services are available?
You may choose the Naturopathic Assessment, the Bio i Advanced 12 Week One on One Program, or the Complete EdenWiseHealth Package that combines both.
How much do the services cost?
The Naturopathic Assessment is $350. The Bio i Advanced Program is $1,200. The Complete package is $1,500, a $50 savings from the $1,550 combined value.
Can I purchase both services?
Yes. The Complete EdenWiseHealth Package includes both services for $1,500 with one coordinated onboarding process.
How will payment work?
Secure online payments are planned through Stripe. Online enrollment and payment are still being prepared, so please contact EdenWiseHealth to begin.
Will I receive an invoice?
Elaine may create and send an invoice separately when needed. An invoice management area is planned for a later phase.
When do I complete the intake forms?
The intake assessment, agreements, and private upload areas will become available after enrollment and confirmed payment.
Can I submit documents and photos online?
Yes. The future client portal will provide private upload areas for requested photos, forms, journals, measurements, and supporting documents.
What photos are needed for the assessment?
Clients should be prepared to submit clear face, tongue, both-eye, and nail photos, along with requested supporting documents. Instructions will be provided after enrollment.
How are virtual meetings conducted?
Virtual meetings will be scheduled using Google Workspace and Google Meet. Scheduling tools will be added in a future client portal phase.
When will I receive my report?
For the Bio i Advanced Program, the report is generally prepared within approximately five business days after all required information has been received.
How long is the Bio i Advanced Program?
The program runs for twelve weeks and includes an initial review, ongoing weekly participation, progress calls, and a final progress assessment.
How can I communicate with Elaine during the program?
The Bio i Advanced Program includes unlimited email access during the program, along with scheduled virtual calls and weekly reviews.
What is the refund policy?
A final refund and cancellation policy will be included in the enrollment agreement. Please ask Elaine about the current terms before enrolling.
How will my information be handled?
EdenWiseHealth is preparing private forms, document storage, and a secure client experience. The preliminary privacy policy explains current website practices and will be reviewed before launch.
Are reports and recommendations medical advice?
No. Reports, calls, messages, and materials are educational and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a licensed medical professional before making health decisions.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
EdenWiseHealth does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed medical provider.
